There is a wide difference between being sacked, and being relieved of portfolio. Mutua has simply did the latter. Even our present DP is an executive without portfolio really. The constitution never defined the real tangible roles of deputy governors and the DP, other than opening car doors for their bosses, and holding umbrellas above their bosses depending on the weather.
