The intel was there but too general. The guy who draws red lines and sieke wanted something more specific to work with i.e. At exactly 8:16pm Lamu time, five men wearing red, blue, green, black and orange shirts will come in a black pickup to Member Bank and hurl an incendiary device made from super petrol bought at The Total petrol station in Bamburi.

President Uhuru Kenyatta nominates Maj. Gen Philip Wachira Kameru to replace NIS chief James Gichangi who resigned last week.
