If the people's representatives and senate have impeached him twice, no court should go against the will of the people. How do you take orders from someone you kicked out twice?

Mutua is a Jubilee fellow and come 2017 let him contest on Jubilee ticket while Kiala is on Wiper ticket and let us see who wins.
