what? i thought some banks do not even lend money against undeveloped land? or is it my bank that refused to lend to me

i hope the guys who borrowed will be able to service the loan
Change your bank to NBK Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly On a serious note, if NBK did lend the money, it is another reason why I am not a NBK shareholder. I'll stick with Equity which put the screws on Nairobi County when CCN defaulted. And thank you to KCB for buying out the defaulted CCN loan from Equity!

Cartoon alert... KCB is charting a shooting star on the weekly chart at all time highs! Shooting star candle patterns are bearish reversal signs.

Off topic a bit, but still relevant due to the NPLs I see in KE banks.

African Bank Investments Limited (Abil) share price in freefall

Quote:
African Bank Investments Limited (Abil) continued to shed value on Thursday, falling over 89% to a low of R0.28.

It recovered to R0.92 over lunch, but had fallen 80.74% to R0.52 by 15:39.

This one is likely going to zero, sufuri, нулевой, zilch, naught etc. That's what you call an ulcers central wipe out utopia!!!

Are there KE banks practising such crazy lending?
