A man at a club decided to go and have some fun with a twilight lady. They negotiate and agree a fee and head for the room where they spend the night. In the morning, the man renegades on his promise and hands the girl Shs. 200/-. They then get into the car and they continue quarrelling. The man punches the lady and throws the lady out of the moving car where the lady sustains some injuries. The man then meets his fate.

Should the lady sue the estate of the deceased for damages?

@Mtublack,

Sue for special damages. This is for both the injuries sustained and her loss of future income/marriage prospects due to her scarred face
