How were they charged with such serious accusations if investigations had not been done?
Do you charge then investigate?
Should they be happy now or sue for damages?

Are there other cases like this one?

Kenya police do not do any investigations. They do policing by the gun (... the thugs chot at our officers who returned fire...) or simply arresting gawkers on site, nearby houses, or anyone who just happened to be passing by and beat them senseless till they admit(...some suspects are assisting police with investigations...)

This is all policing they do. It's no wonder some innocent fellows have been languishing in prison to placate the proponents of 'political networks theory' Pole kwao

And 10 or 15 or 20 years to come, the locas will be shocked the ancestral land they thought is theirs bear the name of someone else!

@Robinhood you've made me laugh, ati link? Do these things have links? If you know the Kenyan politics well enough, you know how things go. It's like asking me about the evidence disclosed by Kenyan police.

It was widely reported in the press that Wet-angular sold hundreds of thousands of acres of the Turkana oilfields to Tullow at 800m. Just google. Add the tokyo embassy scandal proceeds. No wonder he put up those 360 flats on mbs rd in a flash.......loan free.

Wacha uwongo Alphadoti. UK called the Turkana guys and asked them to be share holders of the Pipeline that will pass by their land.

As for Mogadishe, remember the fighting that took place in 2012/2013? I guess Vanoil gave up
