at times people change the size of their wheels without adjusting the speedometer hence make them think they are going slower than they actually are.

I think the best way is to install automated cameras along the highways with the correct speed limits and make payment of fines automated,maybe come up with a model similar to others e.g Dubai Traffic Fines no human interaction involved plus points deduction on your DL .



Seconded .One should drive with a wallet full of few thousands for the cops. With each cop wanting to eat from every motorist, how will one say i was driving 48kph and not 60 as they might say just to get money from you.
