The annals of history will read like this;

In ministry of land, there was an immaculately dressed young and handsome man; who during his tenure oversaw the largest Land IPO in Lamu.

Combine that with mortgaging the country at immigration; and there you have a team of reformers.

So he as an individual bypassed all procedures and allocated this 22 firms public land,during the tenure of one former President Mwai Kibaki?Interesting...

The responsibility falls entirely on Suit's man shoulders. He must be having knowledge of all what was happening. Whether it was the suits man or someone else; the fact of the matter he was at the helm.....He is now crying how katiba should be amendedSad Sad

So does yesterday's narrative complement the earlier position as outlined in the press conference by Pork, or are we on a clean slate now!!

I noted the Lamu Governor was in attendance yesterday!!

If true of the listed individuals compounded with the registration dates of the companies, then we are in for interesting times ahead!

If Ministers are innocent and knows nothing that is going on, why then do we need them? We should save the millions spent on them and stay without them. In the same aargument, why do we want Ole lenku fired for insecurity issues? He is innocent then and thus we should let him be.

I don't think 70% of the land belonged to the locals in Lamu until 2011, utapata even these 22fellows waliuziwa, let names be put next to the companies and let them face the full force of the law!!!

We have had the Ndung'u land report, the TJRC report, will they ever be resolved? The coast land problems did not start in 2011, unless the government deliberately decides to address the land problems rationally, the revocation of these 22 titles will achieve very little if you ask me!!!

So because "they will acheive very little" should the revocation be done or not?
Just wondering....

The illegal allocations should be revoked, but the fight is more than just the 22 titles, I expect nothing much coz a hyena can never watch over our goats!!!!

that's 70% of the land boss. That's huge achievement!

SIAYA SENATOR JAMES ORENGO WHO IS FORMER LANDS MINISTER WISHES TO INFORM THE PUBLIC that he will be issuing a comprehensive and well researched statement regarding the issue of land in Lamu county as brought to the limelight by Mr. Kenyatta yesterday at the very appropriate time. Orengo has refuted claims by Charity Ngilu that some of the title deeds bare his signature saying that ministers DO NOT append signatures on title deeds and therefore Ngilu should desist from misleading the public with aim of causing unnecessary anxiety and or excitement.

In the meantime;

FIRST 11 OF THE NOTORIOUS 22 RELEASED BY CHARITY NGILU WHO HAVE GRABBED LAND AND COLONIZED LOCALS IN LAMU COUNTY:

1.) Daniel Mwangi
2.) Simon Wanjohi
3.) Burton Maina
4.) Michael Kariuki
5.) Jeremiah Gikonyo
6.) John Gitu Kiarie
7.) Peter Njiru
8.) James Mwangi Muturi
9.) Peter Mwangi
10.) Timothy Kuria
11.) The Kenyatta family who also owns three quarters of Taita Taveta and almost the size of a whole province of other parts of Kenya.

KEEP IT HERE FOR THE SECOND HALF.

AND DID I HEAR THAT MR. KENYATTA HAS SIGNED A 42B START FOR LAPSSET PROJECT? WHAT IS THE RUSH WHEN I THOUGHT THE PROJECT WOULD BE PUT ON HOLD AFTER HIS PRESSER LAST NIGHT? AMA NI MBIO YA KU COMPENSATE "OUR PEOPLE", THE FIRST 11, PAYING THEM FOR GRABBING?
