I know the former MD of MATT International.He is Mr Moses Kiplagat Changwony currently MD SASINI.David Langat a Mombasa businessman is believed to be the owner.If you thought the Lamu land MATT got is huge, check out the 90000 acres they have in TARDA.

Looks like a shoddy job from the start. Some of the LR nos are incomplete and one is repeated. Some are skipped so do they say LR 29110 & 29113 are fake but 29111 & 29112 are ok.... just thinking.

Then how come LRs nos for Baragoni, Amu, Maalim & Enganani Ranches Lamu Investments are not indicated/missing.

Something doesnot add up here!
