Referendum YES!. If the following questions are in it:

1) - Abolish Senate
2) - Reduce the MP's to Original 210 by extension Abolish County Women Reps
3) - Increase Allocations to Counties to 40%
4) - Abolish Deputy Governor position

In addition;

Reduce counties; from 47 to say to 15-20.( This would ensure we are able to finance their expenditure comfortably and reduce tribalism)

Introduce the minimum qualification of MCA's to a degree level (To enhance the quality of debates and output at the county level)

Introduce a cap to the age of a presidential contenders to 65 years.(To eliminate possibility of candidates converting house on the hill to house of retirees)
