It's all succession politics at KDF, Gen. Otieno was never going to be head of the military in whatever circumstances, Gen Opande was the finest Luo General but never made it, how could Gen Otieno hack it, no way!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

I thought you know the answer well, to enable Nganga to take over as Otieno is a Luo and this is KK alliance govt.
