I heard about this. Sabotage in the works.

And do they expect to get hired really?

so... sababu lazima a-'hack' from within the country? what resources are these that he must access locally that are not accessible from elsewhere.

haiya ! haujui - do you know the guys who hacked the iebc results placed their server next to the one iebc was using huko kencall, a hack must be in close proximity, lazima aweke server yake hapo karibu smile

Laughing out loudly shida is the cost of the whole thing to economy, we will all feel it! But if this is what it will cost 4 the one person who has been keeping us down to render himself irrelevant, no problem

We all know that babu's plan is to use the referendum to gauge his popularity and see if he has a chance in 2017. This referendum if all goes according to his plans should happen when Jubilee government is 2-1/2 years ie half way through. The referendum has nothing to do with the mwenyenchi yet it's going to cost us 8B. It's the reason why babu has hired experts to look for no brainer and obvious question for the referendum that will get an automatic yes. But he has a major challenge in that most of the things that can get an easy nod can be amended by/through parliament without a referendum and the fear for babu becomes that he will become a joke if it goes wrong and lawyers like Ahmednasir will have a field day when they go to court to stop the planned referendum on technicalities.

So as much as I would like to see this referendum go all the way to the debe, it will never see the light of day and the biggest beneficiaries will be the lawyers yet again and as usual.

BBI will solve it

Must the referendum address the three Cord issues or is open for other meaty matters to be included? For example, is it an opportunity to streamline MCA's insatiable appetite, set the age limit for contesting for some public positions, entrench the frequency of issuance of polio vaccine, and set the expected behavior of a member of the people's party, etc?

You are creating your own referendum not CORD/Babu's referendum! smile
