Many of the tycoons who changed would rather do things right rather than deal with waweru. He has no time for them or any corrupt kra officials. The port of impunity story left a lot to be desired. It turned out to be a story on African Salihiya. Looking closely, for the informed this was a rivalry war. There is a company (the original) known as Salihiya, same modus operandi but they came first and were sure to hit back at their turf being encroached by the african salihiya.... the ktn guys may have been used.
