Waweru has rubbed the standard group the wrong way. so now they have to do what they do best... retaliate. Which is sad considering how far the KRA has come in recent times to stamp out impunity at the port. As anyone who has worked in Mombasa will tell you, The port of yester years was used as personal property by many Mombasa Tycoons many of whom are now nowhere, their businesses floundering. Many of the tycoons who changed would rather do things right rather than deal with waweru. He has no time for them or any corrupt kra officials. The port of impunity story left a lot to be desired. It turned out to be a story on African Salihiya. Looking closely, for the informed this was a rivalry war. There is a company (the original) known as Salihiya, same modus operandi but they came first and were sure to hit back at their turf being encroached by the african salihiya.... the ktn guys may have been used. So why the mob justice on Waweru?

Maybe not waweru BUT why is african salhiya still operating if they obviously are in the middle of these rackets?
Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett
