OK. 4/- headed towards 3s.

Now there is a perfect opportunity to bring down the average to below 10 bob

You shouldn't feel the pain, follow the price down by buying more at 4 bob and below...the gurus call it averaging down..

Now this is the right time to buy 4 & below. I'd rather by a lot here than sink into MSC or KQ.

Me too, the difference being no gava involved.
The missing piece of the puzzle is how trust worthy is management????
I noticed all of their directors are currently doing their masters. isn't this weird.
but.
. I think this is the time to buy home afrika. and sell when current projects are sold.
If real estate is such a sure investment, why are people afraid of buying Home afrika? or maybe it isn't....

NSE 2011-212 script replayed all over. I will continue buying my positions and WAIT or perhaps rebalance loss positions. I seems 2015 will be a harvest season. Charities can fault me.

@Aguy the Directors are adding to cv's to gain confidence & respect ; of late all kenyans are doing masters as the society currently values "papers" Ppl feared buying in it as it was over valued. There projects will be ready and sold in phases; time to reap even the bigwigs as you said.

@ aguy you nailed it, its all about the management i think most guys are not sure about the trust worthy of these fellows, otherwise real estate is such a solid investment that is why i am in love with HFCK

Place a Purchase order at 3.90 and once the counter hits 4.40 plus you are in the Double digit gains minus commissions..
I would do this short term

Are you telling us to place orders or you have placed the order yourself?

But it closed yesterday @3.8
Unfortunately HAFR has become more steady, no more swings as when it was trading @ 5-8.

Most counters are just doing badly, yet we only single out the conspicuous victims KQ, MSC.

Even the hyped KPLC is struggling. Anything with GOK tag seems to have been earmarked for slaughter.

Still speculative.

Buy for the following speculative reasons:
1. Fair value around 2 therefore dowside is around 50%
2. Company is listed , has access to capuital markets hence can get money to grow sharehplder wealth
3. Loosely held shareholding, easy to buy and get a controlling stake longterm
4. First listed Real Estatedeveloper in kenya

Why not to buy:

1. Still overvalued probability of losses very real
2. Management has competing interests
3. Forget dividends and bonuses
Life is short. Live passionately.
