If this was Saudi Arabia, the hacker would be sentenced to 10 years in jail and a KShs 2.3m fine. He's already been in 2 years, and court has upheld sentence on appeal.

I think TOR will only anonymize your Internet browsing. but anyone wants to hack your emails will, si you just use stuff like honeypot ama change passwords everyweek or better still everyday.
