KCB recovers 1.5 B from Devani in Triton Oil Case

This is good news. Lets wait and see how the rest of the criminal case will go in court. And it think its time we shareholders began to follow cases of this nature in court to see how the money being recovered by 'our' businesses is being accounted for in the financial reports. Also monitoring how such cases go in court is important for us.........

KCB has sold off all the assets of fugitive businessman Yagnesh Devani that were used to secure a Sh2.1 billion loan, the lender has revealed to the High Court. Mr Devani was a director of oil marketing company Triton, which had borrowed the money to finance importation of petroleum products.

My hunch is that roar will @60 before member @50.its raising slowly but steadily without drama compared to memba.the demand side out bids supply.

A gem in the making perhaps and with 42% market share in a place like South Sudan although the situation is only getting calm now after some fighting in the past months, they could look to benefit from the diaspora as well as back home. One to keep an eye on I suppose.
