Those pains are loud cries and wailing of weakness leaving your body. Ignore them. Anyway, that is always the case for the first days. Soon you will get used. Start gradually though so that you don't hurt yourself physically. Increase the tempo gradually and soon all the weakness will have left...BUT WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT QUIT.

Tomorrow morning before you eat anything drink hot water and lemon. The lemons help in relieving the pain. You can also drink it after your workout within the 1 hour window after working out.

...Start small...Don't go full throttle. Ask @Masukuma how he graduated from going to Mlolongo to have his weight taken alongside trucks to a manageable weight.
...@wamusa...I can see you are an old guard here and so I am sure you have read a lot about weight loss from many previous threads and so get your arse off that couch and put into practice what you have read.Do something! There is no short cut!

If you are hitting the aerobics everyday then you're not giving your body a chance to recover. You need to alternate, and have leisurely walks on 'off' days to let the lactic acid wear off. Once your body learns how to deal with the lactic acid then you can even do the aerobics hard every day.
Also look for a partner at that gym who you can encourage each other with. Get someone of your general fitness type, not a chiseled machine...

Sorry for the pain. Give your body like three days off the fitness studio. Take plenty of water, make it warm especially in the morning. Massage sore areas gently - your spouse can help. Then think about your plan carefully.

You don't want to go to the 'gym' to lose weight. I wouldn't advice you to do that. Think of the 'gym' as a (new) place that's restructuring your time and values to have a healthy body, mind, and soul.

Find other activities to bring the required balance. Then develop a fitness program with your instructor. Request to do deep stretches Before and after workout. The plan should be about all rounded fitness rising gradually through a lifetime.

Research and adopt healthy eating and thinking habits and you'll enjoy your days.

I agree with @magigi - start somewhere. how heavy were you? had you ever worked out in your life? if you were very heavy and had never worked out at all - start with something light. Aerobics can be quite intense! I had a session last week that kept my body aching for a good 3 days and the way I now consider myself toned (I have lost a possible 30 kgs from my heaviest weighed) so start with something easier - a jog around the block (jipe nguvu all those stares you get will be stares of admiration not otherwise). then you can move to aerobics. Aerobic classes are however quite good once you get into them. Welcome to this journey - it's both tiresome and wonderful. Make some lifestyle changes - cut out the things you know you need to cut out. drop habits that are not helpful. Enjoy the journey don't let these few pains make you 'rudi misri' .
as Tycho said - rest is a critical part of fitness.

That and stretching, stretching and stretching some more!

The number one, overlooked vital thing to do before and after every exercise regime. Stretch and breath! There is a good Russian DVD on breathing tips.

Kuwa mpole smile

5 ft 4 in = 160cm (5x30 + 4x2.5)

BMI = 78 / (1.6x1.6)

BMI = 30.5 = Moderately Obese
