You can just try to keep watching K24. It runs a lot of times on the K24 classified. The total amount of land available is 1200 acres. Viewing the land will be this sato and you pay 1,000 bob if you need transport. Other groups have already visited the place. The ad says that the offer is available till Christmas.

I, like se7en,would ask who's the land owner. Does anybody know the LR number of the piece? this could help us do some due diligence,I think is called a search, so as to know whether the land has some caveats placed on it, though one has to pay a fee, but I would rather be sure than sink money into a hole.
