Dear Wazuans,

Please share if you have experience with the waffle building materials. I hear there is potential saving of up to 50% on the cost of slab for storied buildings.

I am enquiring for consideration as am in the process of doing a small (4 beedroomed) family mansionett.

Thanks

just avoid the so called 'waffle fundis' if you get a qualified engineer to design and supervise the process then go for it - you will save on chuma and and some good chunk of concrete.
