Rank: Member Joined: 1/1/2011 Posts: 396		Guys. Schools don't set and examine students. It is KNEC. They pay KNEC fees prior to registering. They should be entitled to this document. Schools can still withold leaving / clearance certs. Anyone who wants to establish a student's intellectual abilities can do so. The clearance /leaving cert tells you whether or not they are able honour contracts. You see, if you have the cert, eg KCSE...you may be able to get a job that will allow you to pay off the outstanding debts to the school.
