Haiya, never thought of a case where a deputy governor can be impeached. So what happens in such a case? Governor appoints another one?

The Dp and the G are one and the same thing. They should go home all of them. What does the constitution say.

I dont know but working under mutua who is hyper and show off guy is very difficult if you have a head.

A few years back our paths collided......Mutua is a marauding bitch to work with/under, but he delivers. That is what mwananchi wants, whatever the workers go through Wanjiku doesnt care.

I want to believe this first year in office has really taught him lessons, and he will get better as he goes along. Meanwhile, I pray our paths never meet again!

That must have been one very nasty experience.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.... Leo Buscaglia

I still believe in the man. Questions can be asked, hopefully, for a better response than... people are targeting me, or don't question my development record. Good questions only make us better; for Dr Mutua , even closer to the Machadream with just a little less showbiz.

I wonder how many roads this soko analyst has built or witnessed being built. That road is so much better than some Nrb roads. Funny thing is middo crass sheeple who will probably never use the road are the most irked citizens.

Isn't it stupid that someone spent close to KES1000 just to point on a patched up point of a road that he probably will never set foot again? A clear indication of how mystery loves company.

The Min of roads told the star that parts of the road had to be redone besides the contractor has to be insight for 6 months to take care of such incidences.
This is why this country has neanderthals as leaders.

Fair points. Mutua's showbiz seems to have caught the attention of John Githongo's NiSiSi.com hence sponsored road trip, more drama and trending #AsItIs33km

Issues can be fixed, too much media attention does not make road smoother, only drawing in the critics - he's been caught with a slip of the tongue. He should correct and continue serving...
