@Maka, How and why did they go to trial without the evidence in the first place? Shouldn't they have gotten the evidence then use it to go to trial?

Let them not drag the whole country in this ridiculous case. Let them deal with the evidence they had when they confirmed the case.

Go read the evidence act a witness CAN be forced to testify...that's nothing new.Under the Road statute AGs are assisting counsel in such cases but would we expect Prof Githu to out his Boss?
