So all they wanted to knw is how much Uhuru is worth, otherwise whats the need of knwin the companies and land he owns? Are we missing smthing here?

The issue is, they need to know all what he owns, so in case of a conviction, they can liquidate it to pay the victims!

Rich pple do not own wealth they use trusts and companies to hide their wealth. Do u expect uhuru to have any property in his name? The ICC want to salvage its reputation. same as in the case of DP they want kenya to force witnesses to testfy which kenya will not then cite non cooperation. How can they get conviction without evidence???

Go read the evidence act a witness CAN be forced to testify...that's nothing new.Under the Road statute AGs are assisting counsel in such cases but would we expect Prof Githu to out his Boss?
