Thanks Mainat, I have no issues with the seller side of things. My suspicions were aroused when I saw that the paper for this new title feels like ordinary karatasi, light and smooth with the red stamp at bottom left front page looking a bit faded. Other titles I have dealt with have a slightly thick paper with a bit rough texture. Is the paper used for title deeds in Kenya of a universal type and standar?
