That county is now a warzone, just not official. Lets see if anything will change once construction of the three berths commences.

Na hii maneno ya machaba eish! Kwani how hard is it to sort out this mess? I thought it was just a matter of carving out a few more schemes and dividing them to the people?

Christians to leave the island. #caliphate

my reading is correct!
some weeks back people were wasting time arguing 'who' the people were. Each of them arguing so that his/her side may be seen to be correct or right! They argued not to the benefit of the people on the ground but rather their political tin gods.

Quote:
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

Masukuma,

Now you want to speak? Where was there where you wanted to act ndio muheshimiane?

yes... kila mtu apatiwe yake tuone kama hii ujinga haitakwisha!

Reminds me of Ben Johnson after doping test came back positive. "Give it to everyone and we'll see who is fast"

well the problem is this: the person who is being attacked 'does not have it', the people attacking him/her 'have it', the person who 'has it' and is supposed to come to the rescue of the person who is being attacked is not there - suluhisho? give everyone theirs. the guy 'without' is sure that the guys 'with it' are both not having his/her interests at heart. Apate yake bwana pia yeye ajipange maisha sio recital!

Btw what became of the Tana River clashes? The Ormas were overwhelmed after kuchokoza. The Pokomo anger boiled over and they sought some training (locally maybe) and they adopted a scotched-earth policy kufyeka kila kitu.....recall a newspaper front page shot of a dead woman and kid?

A friend was telling me a good number of ormas decided to go for training "majuu" after this shock action.

1. MRC
2. SNA (a good number were actually kenyans)
3. Ormas
4. Al Shabaab cells
5. Local sympathisers (swahili)

Throw in poverty, land issues, politricks and booom!

That enclave is full of well trained militants, I believe we aint seen nothing yet.

Watu washinde kebabs kebabs till kingdom come......

Aerial surveillance at the Coast especially at night is also important, though ground troops must be sufficient. The problem is, police are so challenged 'equipmentwise'. During Saba Saba rallies at the Coast, they had two choppers for surveillance, one from Kenya Pipeline, which i guess was leased, which begs the question, between leasing and buying, which one is better in the long run?

It will not be easy. This is more like Mungiki, criminals living amongst the people, and it is many groups. Some faceless and inspired/encouraged by kebabs/religion.
