No one touched car or KBS. Traffic just waited for human movement to subside. Cops all over quietly watching. Definitely calmer than campus crowd.

My greatest disappointment was with the vacant parking slots and empty streets. Even stock and currency markets are subdued. Not to mentiom droves of armed police better deployed in Tana & Lamu. A guy just said he wants to address his chaps, as guaranteed by the constitution, and the whole Nairobi shuts down! Sad, we are such scary cats
