We keep on being assailed on the supposed potency of mujaheedin fighters bla bla bla

How come then that most of their Countries are in a mess, and now the insinuation here is that they didnt do it themselves, it was brought to them!

@nandwa how come you don't see the fact that what we have come to know, which we didn't know before is that some of these so called mujaheedin were created by one only one US, then went into the media and portray Muslims as the bad guy? They pick some black-sheep and use them, and turn around and tell the whole world, hey look the bad guys!!

How come you don't see this?

Alphdoti,

I see it and I agree with you.

I believe Islam is being deliberately portrayed, through very ingenious methods, in a bad light so that indeed people can be told "There, in the middle east, are the bad guys."

That, I believe is just half the story. The other half of the story is what or who people will be told is the "preferable" alternative to the "bad guys in the middle east".

The thick plottens, as Symbols symbolized.

What do you think is the "preferable" alternative?

Peace,
Unity,
Oness,
Love,
Goodwill.

Are these not preferable things to have prevailing in the country and in the world? That all may be one?

One with who or what?

Tough question!

But does it matter? If it did, the mujahideen would loose their potency.

It does.A lot.

We started talking about two different things at "one with" but I think I understand now.

Very interesting..meanwhile, Iran reports it's first casualty in Iraq - An Iranian pilot dead battling IS. Unclear whether it was on the ground or an airborne incident. Iran is largely there to defend Shia holy sites in Samarra.

Unlike what 'our' local peeps of the Umma would like us to think, one of the Imams of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, Salah al-Din ibn Ibrahim Abu Arafa, Imam of the third holiest place in Sunni Islam, criticized ISIS clerics and their motives, stating that they are seeking power instead of the establishment of an Islamic state. So much for "laying the ground work for the Islamic State"

@ectsacy surely... I really hope you don't form opinions based on one view!

There are plenty of Sunni Muslims who think ISIS are terrorists who says they are not laying the ground work??
