It is going to be a suprise to many. The envelope content is balanced although mainly from the mountain and the valley. Proof me wrong when it becomes public knowledge.

@smallguru - What you have just made is a safe guess. Nothing new there.

Justice is not about balancing between regions.
Individuals answer severally and/or jointly as the case may be.

@ smallguru,

a dogs sees only black and white and i bet you do not subscribe to this analogy...it does not matter whose name is in that envelop...a criminal is a criminal even if he/she abbeted crime.....

This Ocampo guy is a very cheeky fellow.
He has been lurking next door, peeping into Kenya to see evidence first hand. His mere presence and at such close proximity must drive the culprits high on the nervous scale.

I think prior to reading the names, all material witnesses should be put into safe custody and perhaps some form of 'entrapment' put in place to help validate the guilt of those named. For example,if they can be discreetly put under surveillance (phone numbers tapped - the Comms Act allows this for issues of national security - their houses, their kin, their bank accounts) such that after the names are announced, their actions will really say much about their innocence or guilt, and perhaps offer up more culprits. Otherwise to announce the names arbitrarily may result in more deaths of people likely to testify against them. All the same, let them be tried and sent to Hades even!

Ocampo's mission in Uganda might have many targets. A junior minister warned Al Bashir that he may be arrested if he steps foot in Uganda. He is wanted by the ICC. On the western side of Uganda we have the Congo problem also under probe by the ICC. We still have Rwandan cases going on. In Nothern Uganda we have Kony. And finally to the east we have the Kenyans.

The guy should open a regional office.

On his way to and from UG,Ocampo made plane connections at Jkia.
He has a duty to assist the country end impunity and avoid a repeat of the violence we saw last year.
Is the slid on the envelop finally pushed out?
