@ecstacy what is the issue with a rally?
It can't bring insecurity if we are secure
It doesn't change elected president or government in power
Wasn't one held
#Babawhileyouwereaway and brought no change to our national future?
Jubilee as a party can involve themselves with political theatrics. But why does the government give them so much prominence?
There is no problem with generally having a rally, you've been having them all year haven't you.
The return of the ex-PM from his 3 month stay from Boston and immediate threats to government, in God Knows what capacity, that they dialogue with him outside the constitutional OR ELSE he will shave the President without water come Saba Saba - swahili - is a pure plain call to anarchy.
He has been told, Yes, let us dialogue with you using the constitutional framework you "fought for". He has refused. The constitution he fought for is suddenly bad. The referee IEBC is bad. The Judiciary is bad. The military - KDF - rigged him out of power. It is bad. The NIS is bad. Every institution is bad. He is good. Him and his MiB blokes. In what capacity does he give a sitting Head Of State demands and ultimatums? His position is simply indefensible and untenable.
You only need to have listened to his henchman Otieno Kajwang on the morning Citizen show today to know these coded messages. He clearly stated they DO NOT need the constitutional framework to effect the change Raila and his brigade are seeking.
Raila in a recent interview has said he "doesn't know what will happen" come Saba Saba and in Monday's printed article of his interview with foreign media is saying "he is willing to pay the price".
Price for what if it is peaceful?
Let the government do it's job and stop calling that duty politics. You blamed President Kibaki for letting the country spiral out of control leading to violence in 2007/8.
Lest he forgets, he is NOT a co-Principal and this is not a coalition government.
Poleni, no Round 2 here. He breaks the law, him and his accomplices will be dealt with accordingly. No one is above the law.
