Finally, the fellow in Masinga will no longer have to use the long circuitous routes via Embu/Thika/Kitui to access his county headquarters. How I wish Mútua would do the same on the Kangundo-Machakos road! Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

But borrowing, putting up infrastructure and increasing taxes without radical reforms in income is a wrong formula. On a scale of ten I give Mutua 2 points. One for fulfilling a promise, and one for thinking progressively. He should pull up his socks. And at least those who have zero can wake up.
