That is exactly what i have said .. if you do dont have the 5m cash yako. Now you look for your friends to give you surety as in assure the court you will not duck. Therefore they will deposit with the court some surety equal to the demanded amount kama vile McR amesema ka log book, ka title but not an eigth ya kitesh etc.

Surety has responsibility of ensuring you go to court when scheduled!

It is better to get surety than cash bail ....

So the two guys deposited title deeds/log books worth 20 milion with the court?
You tell me huyu jamaa hakuwa na mali worth 20 million which he could deposit with the court?

Bond is not cash but a valuable eg shamba,surerity is say a payslip
