How comes that every land transaction I have had to use at least three surveyors?
The first one takes too long to get started with the job after paying the deposit...
The second one starts but never completes the paperwork promptly....
The third one files the paperwork with Survey of Kenya....
Then I think this last guy is good...and look for him [they are all men,I wonder why] when there is another job...
He also never get gets started after receiving the deposit and I'm back to square one!!!
These are private practitioners....the GoK ones are even worse...they never show up on the appointed date when there is a dispute to be sorted out.
This must be the worst performing profession!!!
