Flashy finish but the finished road level appears lower than the greater surrounding landscape, good candidate for a man made river. We also wish we could see the integrity of the substructure so we can send our congratulations without any reservations. @Limanika, Considering that in the past the money would have been eaten at "headquarters", let the mayakos county residents enjoy while it lasts. Even a tarmacked river is better than nothing. If some counties would even dig pit latrines, the better before they can do sewer systems. Gov Mutua has set a pace while the others are still dialoguing
