Flashy finish but the finished road level appears lower than the greater surrounding landscape, good candidate for a man made river. We also wish we could see the integrity of the substructure so we can send our congratulations without any reservations. Anyway thanks for making a baby step, we wish dialogue can be on such issues as these not nusu mkate .

@Limanika, Considering that in the past the money would have been eaten at "headquarters", let the mayakos county residents enjoy while it lasts. Even a tarmacked river is better than nothing. If some counties would even dig pit latrines, the better before they can do sewer systems. Gov Mutua has set a pace while the others are still dialoguing

Well according to one Dr Mutua, the road cost 650m instead of 2b. Am not sure that is possible without compromise on quality, otherwise we should be asking our Contractor to pay back what we have Paid for previous jobs

there is some small mischief although I dont want to deny Mutua credit

He inagurated(officially opened) a road whose construction yet to end

Like he wanted to open it before its completion date to prove he can beat deadlines and do a road in few days

Great effort though!

Laughing out loudly smile Applause d'oh! Sad Drool Liar Shame on you Pray

For me no problem even if it lasts 10 years. I will be potholed but still passable, if no upgrading/repairs will be done. Better than nothingness by the other 46 losers.
