Do they come with warranties...? better that now than wait for a hundred years for one that will not chip out into pot holes..and it will always be a learning process may be it would be made into concrete in future in future budgets..reminds me of someone here who was equating a similar case to a Kibera resident refusing a Toyota because a Runda resident owns a Mercedes

The contract for the work was split into 11 lots with each contractor getting only 3kms. That way the work was done quickly but to the same standards

I guess Kenya is the HQs of naysaying and pessimism. Alfie will leave a positive mark regardless of whether he overlooked some procurement rules or gave all the tenders to his sisters. Before I throw a stone, I take a cursory look at my county and get ashamed..........
