Kenya is not the President's territory. He exercises a constitutional mandate of governing on behalf of Kenyans'.
2.KDF, therefore, does not protect "the President's territory" but, rather - defend and protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic.

1. Defined borders (hence territory)
2. Population
3. Jeshi, es, Armed Forces
among others.
a government, headed by the executive,President here, rules over that territory. So Im still right in saying 'the president's territory'
