The president is he Head and Symbol of National Unity. He is the president of everyone within the territory. And that's why Soldiers protect his territory irrespective of of their political affiliation,if any.
But when that Symbol comes out and talks of a specific community being targeted to gain favour...it becomes most unfortunate.

You see people refuse to think even when it is for free, as you said the plot is complete, it had to be an Omondi just like the Thika Rd bus an 'O' was arrested and that't the last we heard of it!!!!

A blackbird confirms that the fellow was actually arrested then released.

Twitter account now blocked.

wasn't arrested by Kenyans as I had guessed.

I think the fellow is either an extremely die hard Al-Shabaab fellow or someone that needs to be in a mental hospital.

1.The Presidency is the symbol of National symbol.
Kenya is not the President's territory. He exercises a constitutional mandate of governing on behalf of Kenyans'.
2.KDF, therefore, does not protect "the President's territory" but, rather - defend and protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic.
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

The main reason being
The US ambassador to Kenya has requested additional Kenyan and American security personnel and is reducing the size of the embassy staff because of an increase in terror threats in the country.

You may be right. But do you know the characteristics of a STATE? I will tell u
1. Defined borders (hence territory)
2. Population
3. Jeshi, es, Armed Forces
among others.
a government, headed by the executive,President here, rules over that territory. So Im still right in saying 'the president's territory'
