He even claimed that them Kisiis only cut a small portion of that thing na sio yote kama other tribes... That statement open a can of bees from women law makers...it was crazy some even gave personal experience on how theirs were cut and they can no longer enjoy the thing fully...one female member said that cutting the the thing even a small portion of it deprive the girl chaod sexual enjoyment...
