@Washiku, you are very correct.

Right now we have a situation where a certain number of social media accounts post willy nilly. Then they repost and retweet what they've just crapped out everywhere including wazua.

It won't take long for a fire to start.

I was deeply saddened to hear the gov't quoting Moses Kuria.

My view is that even if its true, then you had better have some extremely hard evidence before you say it.

Instead of fighting terrorists and criminals, the social media whores have taken the baton to protect their tribes.

If this is what it means to have a digital team, then no wonder there are questions about the validity or otherwise on certificates and diplomas.

Social Media should be used to unite Kenyans not start posting that my tribe is being finished.

If there are political and tribal undertones in all this mess, that is why we have the NIS and Police who can handle such matters without causing Dagoretti youth types of scenarios.

We have been attacked as a country. That should be the message spread by these digital lunatics.

If Raila is responsible, give that work to our Police.

Bad bad PR and at the completely and absolutely wrong time.

@Washiku, of late Mutahi Ngunyi/Moses Kuria's opinions somehow become the government's stand....don't you see this?

From this artice written in 2011 titled Mpeketoni ni ya Walamu Milele

Quote:
Above all, the new influx of IDPs which is further displacing the people of Lamu must be brought to an immediate end and the new arrivals returned whence they came from. If steps are not taken to deal with this situation, do not be surprised if you come to hear Lamu youth crossing the border into Somalia to train as terrorists and return back to fight for their homeland. What is happening now is recipe for future violence. Be warned Kenyans and start championing the cause of Lamu people for justice.

I really don't understand what the above is meant to prove.

Other than the fact that the gov't read the story and did nothing about it.

Which is confirmed by the news from the Nation today that the NIS warned about it and the Gov't did nothing about it.

It doesn't matter who did it. It happened and this gov't failed to act. That is the problem. Just like those leaflets in Timboroa.

Politics is in everything humans do. The problem here is that our political inclinations work against us, and our thought gets clouded.

We are like prisoners fighting each other for who's going to be in charge of us. Either way we move, we are doomed.

@Washiku, do you now get where Mutahi Ngunyi comes in:

Quote:
Release a "study on Tyranny of numbers" then the exact happens with similar figures. Then go ahead and script some "rented gangs" theory and within weeks, it comes to pass with the exact scenario.
