The only naive kale i also hate to say it but its you. We all know that jubilee is a tribal alliance . Kikuyu and kale as the majority contributors. There is no other tribal alliance that can achieve what happened in 2013. Which ever way you allingn the 42 communities in this country, none can achieve the 50% + 1 in first round vote. Thats why despite what happened in 2007 uhuruto had to come together and did away with the likea of stevo . If this formular was not desingned to work , today cord could be ready to mobilize there people for voter registration once its anounced by iebc instead of fighting it. The celebration of violence is bizarre though not surprising since this is on the internet. I think the 2007-2008 PEV demonstrated the obvious - there is no monopoly of violence even when almost an entire country is ganged up against 3 or 4 communities. No one has the capacity for a decisive win. And in any case it helps no one. We could have permanent grudges and eternal dislike for certain communities or religions but violence will never move issues forward.
