Ok, in short I think @alma has a point. He's a bit militant like myself and it may not go down the throat of some people, but all the same he has raised good points.

I think @alma has a point my only issue is that he thinks private citizens, kina harrydre, kuria et al are more to blame than Jakoyo, but its alright.

On this issue..someone is asking me what interests i represent Laughing out loudly mine....its clear that there was some kind of ethnic cleansing in this, the attackers targeted men and economic centers apart from the police posts. If they were out to get Kenyans why leave all those other villages and towns and get to mpeketoni?

I remind Kenyans that Samantha has been said to be roaming around there and getting assisistance from the local cops. What is really going on something is not adding up. Alafu Alshabab claims responsibility after over 10hrs? Iko kitu

That was a bit strange.

The statement Al Shabaab have put out outlines three reasons for the attack:

1. The "Kenya governments..oppression of muslims" and "death of muslim scholars" in Kenya especially Mombasa.

2. KDF's invasion of Somalia and continued "occupation" of "muslim lands".

3. Mpeketoni was "originally a muslim town before it was invaded and occupied by the Christian settlers"

Those are Al Shabaab's words.

What is the average response time for claiming responsibility? Faster or slower than the Gov't helping its citizens crying out for help?

What do you think should be the average response time for the commander in chief to show some empathy to those massacred under his watch? Before or after Ole Nenku makes a fool of himself on TV?

I think we are not serious here.

I think guys should let the police carry out investigations instead of all these conspiracy theories which only help the terrorists.

How are we helping terrorists?

For those who may know....who sells these weapons to Alshabab?

[07:29, 6/16/2014] Johnny : I lost a cousin in the mpeketoni massacre let nobody lie or cheat to u that it's alshaabab it's Kenyans and mostly the maina Njenga mungiki group together with other guys but all are kenyans not Somalis they were speaking fluent kiswahili and English after the police stn they were going around town killing kikuyu young men only not women, children or old guys plus the were 17 young men were beheaded in front of their family members that's pure mungiki style with a message" tell uhuru we're not done"and they new almost all the kikuyu young men coz they were selecting them before either beheading or shooting them dead and confirming that one is dead before moving to the next one then they burned all the vehicles they could find plus their own I think coz of finger prints then they left slowly on foot after making sure there's no young kikuyu man left.if uhuru is not careful this country will soon be ungovernable coz this guy has everything planned to take the gov't
[07:31, 6/16/2014] Johnny: Its my uncle who gave us this story his teenage son was shot dead

Got this in the morning from a very distraught Kenyan. Assuming the Mungiki part is an overstretch, the rest is chilling........

Is the kebab claim genuine? Are we staring at an amalgamation of kebabs and Mungiki?

If police are not able to defend the populace,
Let the communities being attacked be selectively armed to defend themselves.

One of my profs in college used to say that if you see a spotted animal with four legs in your house it is more likely to be a cat than a leopard. All these theories are just ridiculous.
1.Our troops invaded Somali and decimated Al Shaabab
2. Al Shaabab have said severally that they will target Kenyans
3. An attack happens near the Somali border
4.Al Shaabab claim responsibility
How does someone blame Western countries, Raila, MRC or Mungiki after all these facts are available? If Moses Kuria has brainwashed seemingly intelligent Wazuans, what about a person deep in some village in Igegania?
