With the IEBC? Early elections is a no go area for RAO. Even if Jubilee were to consider constituting a new electrol commission, that would take too much time. That's not what RAO wants.
Notice how RAO is now talking of Uhuru negotiating with him? The fake offer of national dialogue is dead and buried, despite what CORD still pretends.
