In today's paper, Chubiree claims they had already planned for a National Dialogue 5 months ago, way before CORD came up with the idea. It was planned for July and that they had even invited regional leaders. However, they've decided to postpone it indefinitely......

Was it an International dialogue ama Internal affairs national caucus?
Again what is the agenda of the dialogue that is raising political storm? Are we admitting that the Executive and legislature have failed in their mandate?
Or are some dinosaurs trying to remain relevant at all cost?

The more things change the more they remain the same. The wage bill national debate was held... Months down the line the PORK, DPORK and everyone else have their perks intact. We paid Anglo leasing and we even tendered for airlifting of speeches and for purchase of type writers. We even paid a staggering sh.40 million to M. Ngunyi to propose that we incorporate the Mungiki militia into the NYS and deploy them to control traffic.

Yesterday a CORD MP said Parliament can not be entrusted to discuss serious things. They only discuss petty things there like flags. So according to him serious things should be done outside parliament eg at Saba saba rallies.smile I wonder why he is still a member of a petty house.
