Their Goal in life- Fame.
They want money without putting in hardwork.
No Business/Work sense at all, they live their lives online or wait to be used by the powerful to create disharmony.
There is no such thing as waiting for job opportunities,
Youths need to create their own opportunities and display potential and enthusiasm to do even the least of jobs.
As they do this the opportunities will come along.
A packet of sweets only has a profit of btw sh 60-150.(Nishawahi uza). But ask a young person to hawk sweets uone ATT.
I fear referring/recommending some youths because they can let you down bad style cz of poor work attitude.
I don't think this is true. And besides, one shouldn't be forced to do some job just to prove they're industrious. The young should be able not just to choose what suits them, but also enjoy their work.
Otherwise the youth engage in all sorts of jobs, and they still suffer for it. They carry heavy sacks in marikiti, they polish shoes, sell second hand items, they are artists, they are technologists, recyclers, and do many other jobs.
The youth are demanding 'more in life'. They want to chart different courses from their parents, but they can't, why? The economic system doesn't favor them. That's why they end up rebelling.
