Guka, am not sure how you expect to convince team otoyo here, unless babu gives the thumbs up that all is clear they will hear none of the facts, that is an inconvenience that can be ignored. Anglo leasing according to some is a jubilee scandal, they have no qualms about the fact that the payments did not start with this particular government.
Anglo leasing is a bad debt we must pay whether we like it or not, jubilee or not.

Part of the Eurobond was to retire this facility, the Eurobond delayed we 'had' to pay the Anglo leasing money 1st......and this led to the 1.2B penalty!!!
