And who has over 15,000 nuclear warheads right now, one pointing at threat country? How could a country help the killing of Palestinians? China have nuclear power. They use it for generating power. They also use it for developing weapons. If a country wants to make use of technology, they should be let be. For those who say oh, they need to be supervised and ensure they put proper measures in place, I ask them who supervised those who went ahead e.g. US? We know the super power does not want anybody else to get near them. Even when you develop satellite, they will not be happy because they will loose business and privacy.
