Is Insecurity really that bad that a head of state needs all these gizmo displays? Malaria and Road accidents kill more annually, or death is measured by the negative publicity it creates plus $$$ and pounds flight? I believe I have a higher risk of dying of a road accident than a blast, It is a probabilistic fact!Not a laughing matter though.
