Kai! which 1.5 trillion? The GoK is broke!!! the only money there is what Njiraini collects. and we all know its not enough. Even the Shainis grants and loans will just trickle in as work goes on. The beauty of devolution is Cordoshians should stop yapping and ask their governors where the money went... or why it is being returned to treasury
