Maina's initial version narrated how his attackers, attacked and he appeared to suggest the internal wrangles.
Yesterday; the version changed. Apparently the according to yesterday's dailies the man had to cut short his stay at the Hospital so that he can appear at a press briefing. Raises more questions than answers.

It's exhausting. When does RAO ever engage in development politics?
The auditor general shared findings on how devolved funds are being abused with some of his strongholds leading the way. Can't he strengthen governance there as Party Leader?
The criminal elements at MiB were still running the show at the CORD rally Saturday yet he was on the podium demanding the dissolution of IEBC just after his party lietenants asked foreigners run it? Why not push for IEBC's own audit to be implemented, noo..wait, Oswago "ni wetu". nkt. Siasa [24/7,365] * 5 even during devolution with Saba saba calls. Meanwhile, as he visits Njenga, real insecurity persists in Mandera and Wajir.
Time to retire Babu. Na hawa PK , MK na Kiyapi have just decided to chill?

For two weeks now, you are full time on baba.....swafi!!!! Instead of worrying about CORD and their rally why not worry about the state of economy that is almost being declared bankrupt and push your leaders to do something about it. I really don't understand the Jubilee's obsession with Raila and CORD. And I doubt you voted for this government so that they follow Raila's private life. To some of us, Raila is a symbol of hope to all the bad things going on thats why some went to Uhuru park to welcome him home. From the Madaraka speech, Jubilee's head is willing to have a national dialogue to help brainstorm on ideas of getting us (Kenyans) out of shit. After all we are all suffering in this mess. Stop with the obsession, Its getting nauseous now. I am still waiting to see double digit economy, laptops, jobs, stadiums. The time for propagandas in order to hide ineptitude is over.
