The President should sue on a personal level if he wants to pursue the matter further we moved from those days of doing such things...

This is a case of misplaced priorities. Instead of spending time investigating people insulting the president, those officersshould be investigating robberies murders and terrorism cases. Moi is back. I remember growing up, we used to be told not to talk bad about Moi in pubblic. We had to whisper when saying anything remotely close to criticism. Useless government.

No that is where you are wrong, no one has any authority to insult their colleague leave alone any form of authority. Worse still is if he threatens the head of state. Even in Obama land the land of the "free" its an offence - Class D felony.

May be...Are you? And its within the job description of the NIS to protect the integrity of every symbol of national unity including the flag of Kenya. The duties of the NIS are like those of he Secret service, just poorly equipped. Wale wa majuu usually tap your phones but wa KE nikusikiza gossip kwa bar.

Going back to those days is not a good thing for this country.

by the way, Moses Kuria is still walking around. Tafakari hayo. Even Facebook doesn't want him. Which is a low of low considering they allow softporn.
Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.
