Fighting tribalism should really be easy......no people should be made to feel like they are under sieke.....SIMPLE!!!!

d'oh! So how do you make people to feel they are not under sieke while every tribe feels its under sieke?

Why does very tribe feel that they are under sieke???......we see the grand standing everywhere buana, best illustrated here in wazua!!!!

Remember 40 vs 1?

Thought it was 41 Vs 1.....was it factual or it was created for the cinsumption of the common mwananchi!!!.......you don't make people feel like outsiders and then send a pokomo to Migingo and think that you are solving the problem....cheap publicity stunt I say!!!

Majority of the Okuyus feel they are outsiders and hence the emergence of vigilante groups such as Mungiki and the supremacy battles between Okuyus of Nyeri and Kiambu.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly seems you don't see @masukuma telling us everyday to go to hell in support of tribal appointments because choices have consequences!!!!

This is a step in the right direction.Majority of the kenyans who are tribal is due to the myths that was passed by their parents and the environment they were brought up in.The program will demystify the different tribes and cultures.

Give examples of the myths that will be demystified.

If you get students from bondo and you take them to Nyeri they will learn that:
1)Not all Okuyus are thieves
2)Okuyus are hardworking
3)There is a lot of poverty in Okuyuland
4)If the president comes from your village,it doesn't mean the people from that village will accrue more benefits than the rest of the country.
5)People appointed in high positions only help their close families.

If you get students from Nyeri and take them to bondo they will learn that:
1)Not all luos are hooligans.
2)Some luos are good investors and have good future plans
3)Some luos are circumcised.
4)Not all luos are tribal
5)Some luos hate politics

What a joke, who doesn't know that already....just make evryone belong, SIMPLE!!!!

Majority of kenyans dont know that. Not all kenyans are lucky enough to interact with people from different tribes.

some people think tribalism in kenya is specific to certain tribes ... watch and see how the thread grows.
